Warranty Conditions
Goods sold will be repaired or replaced if a hardware issue occurs within 6 months of time of sale on the following conditions: Return your item with the receipt, Item must be in the same condition as at time of purchase. Scratches or other damage since sale may impact the level of warranty a customer will receive if any, this will be up to the discretion of staff. Issue described in detail with reason not being related to change of mind or not suitable regarding purchase or “it's just never worked right”. Warranty cases will not even be considered without a specific issue. Not a user related issue, if this is the case the user will be required to pay a service fee at the rate of $120 per hour. The component requiring repair or replacement was not brand-new at the time of purchase. A brand-new component is unlikely to cease functioning within 6 months except to do power surge or damage from user. These issues are not covered under this warranty. Warranty ProcessWarranty will be issued in the by the following steps in order: Allow up to 8 weeks for hardware issue to be identified through our Wholesalers / Technicians and to be repaired if possible. Repaired goods will be returned, if not repairable item will be replaced with another item to the same or better specifications. The customer may choose a refund only on the condition that a replacement cannot be found, or the refund is chosen by staff in favour of repair or replacement.
