Remote management of your computer. We take the confusion and maintenance off your hands by performing a quarterly service. Our quarterly service includes such actions as optimizing power settings, checking for malicious programs, running “Chkdsk” operation, Trim / Defrag, Disk clean-up operation, Complete windows update including optional updates, Windows defender scan, ESET updates, ESET scan as well as an overall examination of your computer system and recommendation made to better improve your PC's performance.

Casper: 1 Year license for Casper FSS to clone your drive (Up to 1 TB) valued at $59.95

Automatic Weekly Clone: Setup of automatic weekly clone (using Casper) of your computers OS drive ensuring that should an issue occur with your hard drive (Hardware or software) you can be back up and running with all your same programs, log-ins and data from last backup. Covers up to 1TB of data. Depending on your needs your data may be stored on our servers or located on an external drive provided by us for the duration of your continuing service. 1 TB HDD provided to you from RL Tech Services as long as your contract remains.
